While perfect for a quick salad topping or a spicy sandwich filling, the Cajun spiced chicken mini fillets will also be popular as a main course: two or three fillets on a plate with rice or fries will appeal to a wide audience. The mini fillets, weighing around 30g per piece, come fully cooked and individually quick frozen in 2.5kg packs. They can be shallow fried in five to seven minutes, or oven baked in just four to six minutes. Alternatively, they can be deep fried, grilled or microwaved to suit equipment and staff skills.
